ABOUT WilliamWilliam is a freelance engineering designer based in newport news, and local community advocate and volunteer. He is husband to seni king, librarian, former educator, and author. William is a he believes in a safe and well maintained learning enviroment, and proper support for educators and all other education proffessionals. william has fought to improve housing locally, and stood on committees that oversaw improvements to the state building codes.
